Tim is a life-long resident of Kingsport and has been with the firm since 2000. Tim received his Tennessee Funeral Director License 1982 and his Embalmers License in 1986 and has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Virginia, since 1991. Tim is a 1986 graduate of the Gupton ÄėJones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA, and has worked in the funeral service profession for 30 years.
In addition to being a licensed funeral professional, Tim is also a Licensed Insurance Representative, in Tennessee. Tim is a member of the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. In 1976 he married, Julie Doggett Vaughn and they have a son, Kelly, a daughter, Courtney and a grandson, Kash. Tim and Julie have been active members of the Higher Ground Baptist Church since 1992.
